To send you reminders, to email your chosen contacts if you miss a check-in, and to keep your account signed in across devices via a JWT auth token.
Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest. Never sold, never shared with advertisers. We do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
You can export, correct, or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
